Returns/Exchanges: Allowed within 3 working days if the product is unused, in original packaging.

Processing: Completed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Full Refund: Issued if the delivered product significantly differs from its online description.

Exceptions:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from the company.

• Partner-branded orders must be returned directly to the partner, not BEDEK collection points.
